Bongani, a co-founder and executive director of Adamantem, leads the operational restructuring team. He has a deep understanding of financial reporting systems and is a specialist in working capital management. Bongani expertly leads the operational restructuring efforts ensuring the implementation of a restructuring plan and effecting operational improvements in the business. In this role he brings strong leadership, implementation-focus, positive change of culture and a solutions-oriented adaptability, all very critical for success. After acquiring degrees from the universities of Cape Town and KwaZulu-Natal, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, where he was a partner from January 2015 to June 2017. Bongani is a member of the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners (“SARIPA”), the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (“SAICA”) and SAICA’s Business Rescue Interest Group.
